BOOKING CONDITIONS Pen Ar Prat
1. The Property known as Pen ar Prat is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Mary Plowman and Malcolm Brown (the Owners) to the renter (the Client).

2. To reserve the property the Client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with the payment of the non-refundable 25% deposit. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the Owners will send the formal acceptance of booking.

3. The balance including security deposit (see Clause 4) is payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date the Owners reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. If the Owners are able to re-let the Property the Owners may refund the deposit.

4. A security deposit of £100 is required to cover accidental damage to the Property or its contents. The Owners will refund the balance of the security deposit within 2 weeks of the property being vacated.

5. The Client is advised to take out travel insurance which covers cancellation and cover for personal belongings as the Owners’ own insurance does not cover the Client's personal effects

6. THE CLIENT MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION paying particular attention to the kitchen and bathroom areas, and leaving the Property in the same condition as found on arrival. The Owners reserve the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Property is not left in a suitably clean condition.

8. Under no circumstances shall the Owners’ liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Owners for the rental period.

9. The Owners shall not be liable to the Client for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Property, or for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other measures beyond the control of the Owners.

10. This contract shall be governed by French Law in every particular including information and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in France. Any proceedings arising out of or in conjunction with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in France.
