RyanAir fly to Brest from London Luton, to Dinard from London Stanstead. Flybe fly from Birmingham, Southampton or Exeter to Brest. SNCF also run a TGV train from Paris to Quimper or Brest via Morlaix (20 mins drive from Pen Ar Prat).
